The primary objective of Rafaela s.r.o. is to maintain a high standard of product and service quality, which is essential for retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones. This objective can only be achieved through the high-quality work of all company employees.

For this purpose, the company management establishes the following company policy:

  3. Quality improvement is a planned continuous process that is regularly monitored and evaluated.
  4. Cooperating organizations, service providers, and support partners are fully involved in the quality improvement process.
  5. We ensure the qualification and professional competence of our employees.
  6. The quality management system is regularly reviewed to improve the services provided to our customers.
  7. When selecting products and services, we emphasize quality and carefully monitor the pricing of distributed goods.
  8. We maintain ethical business practices and correct relationships with our surroundings.
  9. In accordance with company policy, annual objectives are established each year.
  10. We ensure monitoring and compliance with legislative and other environmental requirements and their immediate fulfillment.
  11. We appropriately influence environmental behavior and compliance among all company employees and suppliers.
  12. We create the necessary technical, organizational, financial, and personnel conditions for information security.
  13. We support the region in which we operate in the area of environmental improvement.
